If you are looking to work in a dynamic yet intimate and friendly work group, then we believe that Montserrat Day Hospitals can provide you with a supportive and positive environment.
You will be part of a small team of people who know each other and have great pride in what they do.
Our day hospitals support each other and the head office team supports the hospitals. Our staff work in an environment that is receptive and flexible and they have the opportunity to shape standards and the quality of care at our facilities.
The Montserrat Group is an ever-growing business that values its employees and their ideas. The company likes to offer a flexible working environment where possible and understands the work-life balance people are looking for. Our Day Hospitals are individually smaller, which means you are working as part of a small tight-knit team of people who know each other and have great pride in what they do.
Our management staff are always looking to provide team-members with support and the ability to grow, with most of our management staff being promoted up from within the company. We like to support the growth of employees by encouraging them to complete further training and courses with our help where possible.
Montserrat to provide Extended Maternity & Paternity Leave (30/10/17)
Montserrat will be providing an additional 12 weeks Maternity leave at 50% pay to permanent staff and the new policy will also provide 7 Days Paternity Leave for Montserrat permanent staff.
This will be over and above any federal Government maternity benefits, and is available at all Montserrat sites.
This is a subject CEO Ben Korst is acutely aware of, having recently had 3 children in a 3 year period and is a milestone for Montserrat as a private business, and is fully supported by Montserrat’s Advisory Board.
This new benefit will enable Montserrat to attract and retain nursing and administration staff who often struggle to find the right family and work balance, and is a first for a Day Hospital group.
With three new hospitals being commissioned in 2018, Albany, West Perth and Westside Private, Montserrat is aiming to be an employer of choice for nursing staff in Day Hospitals across the country.
