About You:

An exciting opportunity exists for a committed and experienced Endoscopy Nurse to join our team at Westside Private Hospital in a Clinical Nurse position. An example of some of the roles and responsibilities that would sit with the successful applicant are the following:

  • Leading a team and working collaboratively with the endoscopy room staff (as well as the endoscopy reprocessing room staff) to promote best practice, maximise efficiencies, oversee and educate on AS/NZ 4157:2014 standards and Genca 2021 standards.
  • Demonstrate Genca competencies/modules and possess an intermediate to strong understanding of infection control principals and policies.
  • Hold accountability for ongoing inventory organisation and management.
  • Oversee equipment management of scopes, microbiological testing of scopes, infection control compliance and maintenance of records within the reprocessing environment.

We strive to provide comprehensive, personalized and exceptional care to our patients utilising a collaborative approach with our team of doctors, nurses and administration staff.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist/Administration Officer. This role will be to provide front of house service to the patients as well as ensuring smooth and efficient running of the practice by providing administrative support to the attending doctors and day therapy clinical team.

The successful applicant must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and motivated to contribute to a small, but growing unit. We are looking for someone who is proactive, personable and enthusiastic.
